Full of body and rich molasses mineral flavor & sweetness aged in French oak.
Perfect for adding a delicious and unique flavor to your recipes - Vinaigrettes, reductions, glazes, sauces & desserts.

Made from Certified Organic Blackstrap Molasses and Certified Organic Red Wine. The organic molasses is grown in the southern states and refined in the mid-west. The touch of organic red wine used in this ferment is sourced from a variety of local wineries and wine makers in the Willamette Valley. The oak is from France.
